Payment for online orders must be completed before dispatch.
For customized bulk or event orders, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order, and the remaining 50% before delivery.

We offer Pan-India delivery for online terracotta planters ,Once we receive the order the product will be shipped in 3 working days

Customized orders are delivered as per agreed timelines discussed during order confirmation.

6. Cancellations

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch or after the customization process has begun.
